Our Approach
We partner with districts and schools to empower school leaders and their communities to create spaces where all members have equal access, voice, and ownership. WayFinder collaborates with stakeholders to strategize and redesign systems and practices to create and sustain equitable learning communities.

Our Founders
Our managing partners offer over 20 years of education experience to our clients. Our team has the breadth and diversity of experience in PK-12 education to support school systems, school leadership, curriculum planning, reading programs, and special education. We have done it all!
